Every time I go into Robertson Automotive to request service I come away feeling like I have been given a refresh on life. This time was no different and even more amazing than the last. I walked in at 5:15 PM and asked if I could get an oil change with the intention of making an appointment for later in the week. Instead, they smiled and said they could do an oil change now and took my keys.


I waited only 25 minutes before they handed me my keys back with a big smile and a very low bill. I commented on how they were like angels and the owner smiled and said he tries to treat people like he would like to be treated. They are very successful and I hope their attitude is contagious and spreads to the far corners of the world.
